TweetId have to go with whey. It would just be a pain in the ass taking in 300g of protein everyday without it.
Tweetsince protein is a given and i don't even consider it a supplement anymore. I woudl have to go with my preworkout supp. Supremacy is by far the best thing on the market hands down. ever since i have started using a preworkout things have been happening, then when i started using this product lots of things started happening.
