Hard, new and classic rock to get the blood going. Listen to VH, Rush, Soundgarden, AC/DC, Audioslave, STP, Buckcherry, Hinder, Candlebox, Collective Soul, Default, Great White, G&R, Priest, Motley Crue, Pearl Jam, Queensryche, Scorps, Shinedown and much more.
On my ipod i put together a playlist called "Workout" with hundred songs. Just set it to that and i'm good to go.
