TweetHere ya go
TweetUnfortunately genetics has given me small shoulders that I find very hard to build. Biceps and triceps are no problem but I need a good workout to help get those shoulder built up. Anyone?

TweetGreat video. I had a awesome one too but I cant find it
TweetI started doing those larry scott dumbell presses(I bought his videos in 1993LOL) many years ago and they will definitely get your shoulders wider. I like what he says "The shoulder doesnt know where your wrist is, it only knows where your elbow is"
Tweetupright rows, supered w/ db arnolds, supered w/ bent over db rows. it will help u get past the sticking point. but your a small petit woman baby1 i think, just add some weight to your frame also to encourage growth. imo.

Tweet^^^its hard then to train if your genetics are wat you have, thats about it for them as i assume u been training over 8 yrs? if so u really only can create the illusion of them being bigger by losing size in surrounding muscle. my quads are big but no hamstrings. bbing is a art just like a sculpture doing a piece of work to create illusion. thats how i sculpt my body, like a artist would.
