thats alot of weight to move in a bicep curl , my best was 225 for 1 but i usually use 185 wow . thats strongman weight.all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!

i didnt see it i just took it for wat was said. i thought biceps curl. but if they claim that much i tend to believe wat people tell me until i find out otherwise. but since you said that fist i believe you. stupid me. lmfao.all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!

ok i found out how to look at the things now. that was no way a bicep curl. it might of been a cheating bent ez curl bar row. i guess my kg is a little off. do it right or dont put that up as some youngsters going to think thats how you do a stardom bicep curl.all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!

that's standard form for the "big guys" at my gym. heave it up and to hell with form. 'course they look like crap too but they can tell people outside the gym how much they curl and bench lol
