Did plyos on an old log. Its very slick and uneven so it really makes you stabilize. Then ran kind of an NFL combine sort of cone drill with lateral movements etc. But I didnt use cones, I just darted around trees instead..LOL...I believe it is important that we train our muscles in every type of direction and not just one. I do a lot of stop and starts and cutting...changing directions a lot. I run an obstacle course with some jumping over logs. Then I did pullups and dips on a rickety old iron dip and pullup station outside. Im going to rest a bit and then hit it again with some dumbbells in the living room. Who says you have to go to the gym all the time? lol
I LOVE DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME AND I AM GOING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT BY TRAINING OUTSIDE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.Last edited by Dzone; 03-12-2012, 07:59 PM.

Seated DB shoulder press-- 65x10x2 sets/ 65x9/ 65x6
