you stay down for several seconds at a time. after a couple minutes i was praying for the end of the song on the squats. we had a few minutes to rest then hit the pushups.
i hear one can try it with pull ups. i have not.
add it to your mp3 player and try it, i do tons of squats but this was really fun and a helluva set. hardcore guys do multiple sets.
