Who here owns one and does most of their cardio at home?
I just bought a treadmill off my gyms front line for 1/3 the cost through a connection! Jazzed to have a gym quality tread to get my cardio in! No excuses lol!
Treadmill kills my hips and warch oou for that knee if it is bothering you. I would love to have a Stairmaster in my house. WE jabe 3 flights of stairs in the building so maybe I should just do those,lol
I have a commercial quality one that I got on steal from a gym that was upgrading. It's great while your prepping. Now I need a stairclimber and an elliptical and ill be done.
i got a tread, its old school and not sophisticated, prolly going to die soon, but gets the job done in the mornings without the hassle of going to the gym.
I bought one off of craigslist(super cheap) a few months back and I am wearing it out lol
I still do cardio at the gym just for warming up but I do a majority of cardio at home on my treadmill and elliptical
