      Yup yup there are needs for good spotters iv had spotters that put me in more danger and messed up my lift where I wish I woulda just did it on my own. That's a sexy spotter lol

        iam a loner in the gym, i talk but i concentrate so i don't want a spotter i go light never heavy to much only leg presses i go real heavy but no spotter cause like was said they can fuk up the lift for you.

          I've almost hur myself so many times askin someone to spot and they some how manage to mess that up so unless I know some one knows how to spot ill go a tad lighter better to be able to lift another day

              It's almost impossible to find a good spotter. Most people have no clue how to spot. They either mess up your lift, put you in danger of injury, or just grab the weights off you when you show even the slightest bit of struggle.

              On a side note, I'd spot her all day lol.

                I have had many bad experiences with spotters. Even when I tell them, "I need no lift off, no help, nothing, you are just standing there in case I get pinned, even if I look like I am not going to get it do not touch the bar until I say so"
                Well 8 out of 10 times they touch the bar when I have a good couple reps left. Which sometimes helps cause I get so pissed I just start pushing.

                Its not a PR is some bastard touches the bar!
