Before you all laugh, I'm practically skinny/ "do you even lift" mode. But I finally busted out 3-plate for 5 reps! I couldn't even go 5-rep on two plates a few months ago.I'd go to planet fitness, but I'd hate to set off the Lunk Alarm.
