      missionary def locks mine up bad. keep that diet in check and you wont have them 6 pack issues. never had the abs lock up during doggy though

          yeah brother i know about the diet being tight its just i wanted some oblique, abs ect exercises? like crunches ect that stuff. if guy/ gal give 2 each ill have a arsenal of exercises. i dont have a woman yet to do those things guys u know that lmao!

            cable crunches
            hanging knee ups
            declime sit ups
            roman chair sit ups
            broom stick twists (no weight cause oblique growth is a biatch)

                10 reps each position. Start flat, 10 reps. Lay knees down to the left for an oblique crunch, 10 reps. Rotate entire body till your laying on your left side for a side crunch, 10 reps. Then go back to your oblique crunch, flat, and then go through the same progression for the other side. Last position in flat. 1 set should be 90 reps. Killer!

                            Replace your chair by the computer with a stability ball. Use it a little more each day. It forces you to have good posture and keep your abs tight.
