  • Whip out that tape measure...

Lets get some stats. Use integrity, no one here but 5150 is over 12"...wrong measurements.

I got this from another forum, just trying to get an idea of stats stacking up vs each other.(im lying, i just want to know how big your wheels are)

Measure all in relaxed state using the following protocol
Bodybuilding.com - Know Your Measurements For Bodybuilding Success

took a few random and ill get more if people are game.

    forearm 13.5"
    bicep 16"
    quad 27"
    calves 14.5

One thing i need to note personally is my quads are bigger than ever, pants suck, need to wear shorts more, and my flexed bicep is 17.5", which is a jump from 16.5" when i first really started 4 years ago.

They need to come out with athletic cut suits, shirts, etc. Or maybe they already have those? Years ago when Fuzo would get a double breasted suit jacket, in order to fit around the chest and shouldershe had to get a bigger jacket and then the waist area was big. Also had a hard time with pants beacause of the big legs

Good thread! I need to get a new soft tape for measurements. My old neighbor never gave it back before I moved...

My biggest issue with suits is finding one that fits my back. I need big not tall. I can find a decent shirt that is 10" too long, then it bunches.

                    Shoe size 12 5e
Pants are 36-38 closer to the middle, curse you Perry the platypus.
Neck is 19 to not feel like a noose.

Diet is 95% of it in my opinion.
