Tweetyep very good form to me as well. my want to arch that lower back a bit to lessen the dip forward when you start to go up from the bottom

TweetVideo is priceless. To be honest I think a good belt would help that out.
You guys are great and when guns and unclem say its good I blush a little.
TweetPick a reflection in the mirror to focus on that's just about eye level to start. Keep your eyes fixed on that spot throughout the movement, that'll help you keep your back straight. Yes, please wear a belt brother, that's a lot of weight. But those are some sexy squats bro!
TweetThose are some nice squats. A belt wont help with the problem at the bottom, Its a technique flaw. Work on keeping your ass in and shoulders up and back. Drop your weight and really focus on it. What looks liek a little dip is what will cause a major injury and missed lifts with higher weight. Overall nice lifts man.
Tweeti have to disagree with the belt. i wont throw mine on until i go up to 495 and over. same with knee wraps. now with that said most people that have back issues is due to over use of the belt. if you can bet by with not wearing one except on your heavy sets then you are better off in my opinion. i am a bigger fan of letting my supporting muscle become as strong as i can without helping them. case in point, first time i tried to squat 600lbs as soon as i broke my knees the weight slammed me forward cause my lower back couldnt support it. had to strengthen that puppy up good before i nailed it
TweetThat's exactly what I was told. Reminds me of those that use straps all the time and no grip strength.
600lbs...now that's a sexy squat. Change your name to canons.
