      Just wondering because every year since I was 17(I'm 22 now) I have always used fat burners when cutting. This year I'm not going to. Just to let you know I eat like a complete pig when I'm not leaning out and don't get fat fast as it takes months. In the past few years though I haven't done any consistent cardio until now and I really feel good. I don't want to rely on fat burners anymore and was wondering if anyone else does it like that too. Not counting you naturally lean people ok. :p

      BTW - I do take a small dose of thermogenics 3 times a week pre-workout on my weight training days but not on days I train Krav Maga. I also drink coffee once in a while.

      Hell, they just make me eat faster. You can get cut just as well without them if you can control your diet

      I try to get down as far as I can diet wise, before i feel i need the addition. Although i do take 200mg of caffeine 1/2 hour before i workout, i dotn count that as a thermo. I have these NYC staring at me, but im waiting till i hit a platuea.

      I got pretty lean with out them last summer. But was doing 2 hours of cardio ed. sometimes more. Also diet was very good.

      I used to take a SHITLOAD of them....I mean LOTS...lol

      But now I cant handle them for some reason...no clen, no otc thermo's nothing b/c I start SHAKEING and get the blood pressure of a crackhead. The only thing I can use now is lower doses of T3...I dont know if I just took to much when I first started useing them and fucked my CNS or something up or what, but I cant even look at a bottle of effie without shakeing...lol

      I have never been able to take any. I have tried just about all of them on the market, and they all make me sick. So no, I don't take any at all...
      The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

      I cant take em either. I do a lot of cardio anyway so when i took em, my heart rate would skyrocket. I guess if no cardio is being done, then could be a good advantage.
