      in Warner Robins, Ga. After havin the flu and all that good shyt my weight is down to 170 so I'm just gonna go ahead and drop the 165 weight class and see what happens. My trainin hasn't been goin so great, I missed almost 2 weeks cause of the flu and an upper respirtory infection but I'm just gonna play it by ear and see how it goes. I'm hopin to bench around 500 and pull at least 600.

      Thanks for the well wishes guys! I dehydrated like hell and weighed in @ 163, time to eat like hell, chug some water and load up on some sodium. I should be back around 175 by this afternoon and ready to rock.

      Well it wasn't exactly a bad day but the bench didn't work out at all! I weighed in at 163. When I was warmin up, my wrist started to hurt around 365. 405 hurt a little more and 425 was a bytch but I decided to go ahead and try my opener of 455. As soon as I took the weight it felt like my wrist was gonna snap! I got down about half way and just shoved it back up, it literally felt like it was gonna break in half. Deads went well, I should have gone heavier but I just wasn't sure if my grip was gonna hold up so I just went 545, 585 and 605.
