I always get Vit-C by itself on top of the vit-c thats in the multi-vit. Of course as mentioned above EFA'S-I use Natures Bounty brand as it is really cheap, creatine mono (I don't like the HCL), protein, and i use Met-Rx AMPED during workouts.
NAC is good for liver protection ! I am too using R-ALA but am going to switch over to KR-ALA cause the potassium bound ALA is stable and will not polymerize when exposed to moisture/temperature .
