Im so tired of going from page to page and one person thinks this supp is the best and one thinks the same supp is a waste of money. Just reply with your top pick with name and maker of each supplement. Please reply to any of these supplements and share your experiences.

Any other supplements you want to add or that you think need mentioning.............

NAC for cell recovery, and saw palmetto for prostate health, red yeast rice to help in lowering and keep cholesterol stable, apple cider vinegar for thinning the blood, and also helps in lowering cholesterol, echinacea as an immune booster. I always get Vit-C by itself on top of the vit-c thats in the multi-vit. Of course as mentioned above EFA'S-I use Natures Bounty brand as it is really cheap, creatine mono (I don't like the HCL), protein, and i use Met-Rx AMPED during workouts.

NAC is good for liver protection ! I am too using R-ALA but am going to switch over to KR-ALA cause the potassium bound ALA is stable and will not polymerize when exposed to moisture/temperature .
      Whey Protein
      fish oil
      Celadrin w/glucosomine for joints
      Animal Pak for multi vita

KR-ALA is some expensive she-it... do you think it's worth it? Can you tell a difference and who are you getting it from?

yeah expensive but a mod recommended me from another board so we'll just wait and see .It's spendy, but a worthwhile supp .It has remarkable anti-aging qualities .stacking ALA with ALCAR is proven to hinder cancer growth. Read studies started by Dr. Ames.
