      That looks really good. Shouldnt that spinach be kinda wilted though? Or did you toss it in there at the last minute?

      I had 2 chicken breasts, rice and brocolli with some lemon pepper. Blah.

        well i took the pic too early, it still cooked for another minute as the spinach for the most part shriveled up

                          Cromb bro, it is easy as hell to cook on it. Heat it up for 10minutes and leave the meat out for about 15-20minutes. Then throw it on, about 7minutes per side. Thats it. Leave the cover on also. Do you have the pedestal one or the little one that loosk like a waffle iron. Those don't work worth a damn.

                            Never used a wok type pan for anything. What kind of steak did you use? Was it raw when you put it in there? Looks tasty.

                              just some steak that wasn't too lean but also wasn't too exspensive either, it was around $5lb, don't remember the cut of beef though,

                              cook the meat, then add veggies in
