Tweetfinally joined a new gym after almost 2 years , had a crappy first work out but i feel better that i finally took the first step to health and happyness .got in biceps and triceps today and 30 min cardio

TweetGood ! just keep in mind that feeling and how good it is for ya. getting back is never easy but it sure beats just thinking about it.

Tweeti know i try to eat every two hrs but its been so long im takin it easy for the first few weeks

TweetAwesome!! Getting started is hard after a long layoff! I am in the same boat. I am starting my 3rd week back today from a 6 year layoff!! I am easing into cardio on the elliptical. I am also having a hard time getting my meals in. I went out this weekend and bought a few meal replacement bars to try this week. I have mainly just been cleaning up what I eat now and drinking much more water. I figure that is a good start....but I am ready to start seeing results and I know that will be tough with a diet that is out of whack!

Tweetthats great man and i know the feeling of being out of it for a while. i took off about a year and a half and started back today. i look like shit, i'm weak as shit but it felt great!!
