TweetYeah, it's tough but you have to fight through it. It's good to train natural for periods because it makes the 'on' phases that much more advantageous. I'm into my last week of pct right now and I've lost a couple pounds (but I'm doing cardio 4 days a week), I've lost 5-10 pounds on most of my lifts but I'm still hanging in there pretty good. The biggest thing I notice is my intensity is lower. I need to get more psyched up for my lifts now. Where as before I was psyched up all the time. LOL My next isn't until mid summer.

Tweetu can make gains while off. just stay positive. make sure u stay off as long as u were on. with a good diet, lifting heavy, resting, and some supplements u can make gains while off.
