Muscle Relaxants
TweetWhat is the most preferred muscle relaxant to use if you're in pain or have a tight muscle. Lets say it was a sports related soreness in the lower back from jumping around alot.

TweetOK, I can't stress how WELL Relofen works. It comes in 500mg increments and you take two a day. It gets rid of extreme muscle pain and is the best med for this type of pain, at least from my experience.
