  • PCT or not?

If you have only 1 month between cycles, does it make sense to go through 1 month of PCT or just take 1ml of test per week for the month as a bridge before starting on the next cycle?

I don't believe in bridging, give your body a rest. I personally would run the pct. However, I would also wait a little longer before starting another cycle, otherwise why even stop, just do an extended cycle.

Yeah man, if you are training for a show and you want to maybe give your receptors a break or something, then I would go with a low side aas like say EQ for 6-8 weeks as a break and then jump right back on. If you have a show coming up and you can't take a good 3 months off, then you either have to bridge or just run all the way through.

By the way, when is the show? I guess that would make all the difference. If the show is far enough away, I would go off right now and run the pct and then go full blown all the way to the show. A solid pct will keep you from losing much. But, if your show is within the next 3-4 months then you might as well just run all the way to it. I really all depends on your aas experience and your vitals. Now that I think about it, you should get some blood work done and let that tell you what to do. If your levels are normal, then run all the way to the show, if anything is high, then go to pct and take a break. The worst thing you can do is run a very long cycle with high levels of anything. You are just asking for trouble.

thanks - i have done some blood works and im waiting for the resutls this week.

The show is on 15 Sep.
Counting backwards, i should start my comp cycle in June.

From now to June is about 1+ months.

is there anything to take for clearing receptor sites? I was on a 3 month cycle which ended in the last week of April. Just a bulking cycle which consisted of test, EQ, anavar and tren.

do a pct, nolva and clomid, and cruise at 200mg test or something for a month....dogcrapp promotes this ideawhen running short esters. Run a month on, then cruise for a few weeks, then back on, then cruise,ect..

either slow way down to a cruise for a month, or run a good 4 week PCT.

I would personally just back off everything and keep the test in there at around 4-500mg a week and taht should give you enough of a break without loosing gains.. Then when you get finished with your show run whatever PCT you have planned... Depending on how long you have been cycling your system may not come back to normal all the way even with PCT..Need to have blood work to know for sure....

                    Re: PCT or not?

thanks for the recommendations. Well, the one month is up and what i ended up doing was to increase my calorie intake (clean) to try to maintain as much of my size and taking a total 2ml of test for the month. No PCT. Start on cycle again this week to the show, which is in mid Sep.
