Sup yall. I'm currently running Test E at 600 mg a week and have about 4 weeks left of gear. I'm going to be using Nolva for PCT along with B6 and some extra Zinc. My question here though is do you recommend a cortisol blocker and if so what kind?? I'm very naturally lean so I'm hesitant on using Clen. Any ideas guys ??? Thanks.

Re: PCT- Cortisol blockers ??
Well the more looking around, the more Clen seems to be a good idea. Now I'm thinking about giving it a try, maybe at a relatively low dosage. I also might be picking up some HCG from a "friend" of mine.
PCT would be Nolva, Clen, HCG, Zinc, Vit B6. Hopefully I'll hang on to 90% of my gains.

Re: PCT- Cortisol blockers ??
I did not know clen was a cortisol blocker. Learn something new everyday. IMO, the best cortisol reducers is rest and short workouts. Keep workouts under 60 minutes and try not to train more than 2 consecutive days without a day off. Works for me.

Re: PCT- Cortisol blockers ??
A natural cortisol balancer is Holy Basil, and can be bought in capsule form at your local vitamin shop. Maybe you know more than me, but i no like your pct at all. I would use a combo of Clomid/Nolva and no clen. How many mgs of zinc are in your mult-vit or paks?? Usually a good multi or pak (i use NSP by Research Nutrition, which has 50mg 333% of the DV (daily value), Animal Paks has 20mg 200% DV, even a good multi has 15mg, which is 100% DV, so if you buy any more you are just going to expell the rest, lol! It would be much better to take something like NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) Now brand has it with selenium and molybdenum. It is an excellent anti-oxy and is a precursor to Glutathione. There are so many advantages to this supplement it is too much to add, but i use it all the time and 1200mg split twice ed during pct. It will help in regeneration of the cell wall and in spermatoza. It is documented. This and Vit-C are the most important supplements imo using during pct other than of course clomid or clomid/nolva combination. You can use the Holy Basil as a part of pct to help in balancing your cortisol from you previous cycle. Using clen in pct, especially for a person that is natural lean or have high metabo, you will loose most if not all your gains. I personlly would do the mass cycles with high anabolics in the beginning, then using your androgens later to help in solidifying your gains. Wait and use the clen after you have reach your goals in mass, then yes it will be a good bf and cutting agent. Post cycle keep the diet clean, but high in complex carbs and protein. Do you have reaction to clomid?? I also like to take proviron right after cycle to help with libido and atrophy. Alot has to do too with what aas you will be using during your cycle on what to do during and post cycle.

Re: PCT- Cortisol blockers ??
Thanks Mick for the lengthy reply. Maybe I'll skip the Clen for now then and stick with Nolva and maybe add some Clomid too. I take about 40mgs of Zinc post cycle and it really does help compared to the time I didnt take it. Maybe I'll throw in some Winny for the last few weeks before PCT. Thanks again.

It takes some explaining to answer your question, but, anyways, if you don't have a reaction to clomid it would be preferable to just taking nolva. If you go to ****.com you will see the protocol for taking nolva with clomid.
