TweetDamn that sucks man, sounds like you drank some redline. Its good stuff but makes me a little nauseated. No idea bout being dizzy and the chest pain though!
TweetWow man, I still can`t believe it...I did my chest/bi`s today and decided to do some cardio after that so I did. I normaly don`t do alot of cardio just because I don`t have enough strenght and stamina so my body just gives up..but before my workout I took this new energy drink small metalic blue bottle from my gym that works really well..almost like SPEED STACK that was with 25mg ephedra before it was banned. So I`m finishing with my workout and decided to run around the gym. My gym has running track so I wanted to see if I can at least get good 6 laps..boy was I wrong.. I did 2 laps and something went wrong.. I started to breath heavily, had pain in my chest, my eyes started to hurt started to shake and felt dizzy and almost threw up. I couldn`t walk or look straight and honestly I started to lose my vision..like darkness coming to my eyes.. so I just sat right there for a few secs to get some rest but still as I`m writing this I feel so messed up, I`m still shaking.. never felt like this before..
I really suck big time when it comes to cardio its not that I`m avoiding it but my stamina is nowhere where it should be and the strenght is not there when doing cardio.. If I want to trim down a few lb`s I just change my trainign routine and have realy clean diet and I can see the improvements but I feel like cardio would be alot helpful.. but I just can`t do it. I tried today and I feel like I`m on slin when you start to feel dizzy and just all fuked up..
Is there any way that I can increase my stamina and strenght when doing cardio.. I know this would`ve happened even if I was on a treadmill or a stairmaster..
Also.. I train before any of my meals..could it be that my body is not having enough carbs before training.. as carbs form energy aswell..

TweetThats it right there bro- you jsut pushed yourself too hard without enough fuel. If your working out in the morning theres not much you can do for cardio without it cutting into what energy you have available for the workout. If you can change it up, and want to do some cardio to lose bf, I think you'd be better off with am cardio and the gym after a meal or two.Originally Posted by diggiboy
TweetIf that drink was anything like the old school speed stacks (like you mentioned) that is your main problem. Those drinks will work as hard as you do, think about it for just a second. Your blood is thinned, your heart rate is already higher and you just got doen working a large muscle group. Your blood is dispurssed into those groups, and then you want to go for a run? Go back to your already elevated heartrate, then you take it to the next level? How's your BP? if its high, DO NOT drink another one of those drinks...
TweetDAMN DUDE SOUNDS EXACTLY WHAT MY GRANDFATHER EXPLAINED WHILE HE WAS HAVING A HEART ATTACK. YOU COULD BE DEPLETED OF ELECTROLYTES. OR JUST OVERHEATING YOUR BODY, KEEP WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR BODY IN CHECK AND AT THE RIGHT TIMES, GOOD LUCK.

TweetI agree with the above. Do you take anything to drink while working out??

Tweetmaybe get some gatorade or pedialite (sp). Drink more water and get in some carbs, anything with carbs, pizza, bread etc.

If bigger is better then im better than ever !
TweetThis is exactly what I was looking for. Do you take any MAOI inhibitors?????? Like anything for depression, anxiety???? If you do, you are not supposed to take that redline drink, which what I think it is. There is a warning on it. Sounds like you had an anxiety attack, or panic attack. I take something called paxil, drank redline and got anxious as hell. Got scared, paranoid and I didn't know why. Asked the trainer I worked with and he asked me if I'm bi-polar. Told him no, but take paxil. He said that is why. So stay away from things that have the whole MAOI inhibitor warning. Just always remember to read the labels now.Originally Posted by diggiboy

Tweetgood post ..exactly right read the labels, used to take paxil and haveing an anxiety attack or panic attack can feel just like a heart attack, i took that stupid stuff pumped by mucle tech and got over heated and drained and while in a hot shower (at home i might ad) i got dizzy and a heavy chest and went down for a count of ten or so.Originally Posted by Saucefit
TweetDont drink that stuff bra ! lol yeah speed will make ya feel paranoid. The only cardio I do is backpacking, so yeah I get pretty winded if I have to run for any long period of time. Ya gotta work up to it and then you can go for awhile. For a preworkout I use Blast from Powernutrition. It works well for me without giving ya that shakey and worried parenoid feeling. Eat an apple and a good slice of pizza. When we're fixin' ta do a climb we load up on carbs the night before, then eat a piece of fruit and munch on GORP (Good Ole Raisins and Peanuts) on our ascent. Most important,..lots of water !

TweetI don`t take anything for depression or any medication whatsoever. I feel alot better now. Blasted shoulders this morning..had helluva workout felt tired of course but nothing compared to how I felt yesterday.
I know I`m not getting enough of sleep for the past few days.. I get around 4 hours of sleep which is ridiculous and its all my fault..so all day long I feel sleepy as hell and even in gym its hard to focus when your eyes are shuttin down on you.
One problem that I always have is.. when I workout.. I drink alot of fluid..whether it was gatorade or water.. I mean I get thirsty and tired so I have to drink but then I feel like a water balloon ..the water fills me up to my throat..so when I get tired I almost wanna puke everytime. I ordered good medium size chicken pizza yesterday had all of it.. trying to load up some carbs since my diet is very clean but I feel like death tbh.
Thanks for lookin` out bros.
