      Starting APRIL 29TH I will be working from 10:00pm until 6:00am. Anybody work hours like this before? Did you train after work? How was your appitite during your shift? Did you use ephedrine to stay awake?....thanks

      Yup, been there don that. I worked out after work and it does kinda drain you for the first few days but your body will adapt. Good luck man.

      Ive worked Graves for the last 5yrs 840pm to 640am 10 shift 4days a week. For me its the best shift to bulk on. I sit and do nothing for 10 hours straight and EAT. Because I work grave and nothing happens in the middle of the night where I work I can easily eat every 2.5hrs I eat once or twice before I leave for work and once after I get home makes it really easy to get at least 6,7,8 meals in.

      Now for the training part that gets a little difficult because im usually pretty tired after work. I do half of my training in the mornings after work and the other half at night on my days off. Morning workouts usually suck for the first 15-20 mins but after that it not to bad.
