Starting APRIL 29TH I will be working from 10:00pm until 6:00am. Anybody work hours like this before? Did you train after work? How was your appitite during your shift? Did you use ephedrine to stay awake?....thanks

Yup, been there don that. I worked out after work and it does kinda drain you for the first few days but your body will adapt. Good luck man.

      Re: Working nights/3rd shift.

Ive worked Graves for the last 5yrs 840pm to 640am 10 shift 4days a week. For me its the best shift to bulk on. I sit and do nothing for 10 hours straight and EAT. Because I work grave and nothing happens in the middle of the night where I work I can easily eat every 2.5hrs I eat once or twice before I leave for work and once after I get home makes it really easy to get at least 6,7,8 meals in.

Now for the training part that gets a little difficult because im usually pretty tired after work. I do half of my training in the mornings after work and the other half at night on my days off. Morning workouts usually suck for the first 15-20 mins but after that it not to bad.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask . And GOOD LUCK !!
