TweetOK bros, we all must get our 300-500 g of protien a day and depending on cutting/bulking (we`re always doing one or the other aren`t we?) our carb intake is goofy as well, cutting 100g carbs bulking 700+g
For me, I used to take 1cup oatmeal, 2 cups water, 6 egg whites put in bowl put in microwave put in mouth. Done in 5 min.
Now a days I microwave my chicken breasts and I`ll eat one cold and plain driving home from work in my car. Plus drinking egg whites, gotta buy high quality ones (don`t want samonella) keep em in the fridge.
Shoot em three at a time when I don`t have time to cook propperly.
So what are you willing to shove down your gullet in the name of progress?

TweetIt's actually sad when I think about all the nasty tasting food and supps I shovel down and don't even think about it anymore. It just has to be done. Normal folks wouldn't even think about eating and drinking the things I do. lol

Tweetso you really need to soft boil those egg whites before you eat them uncooked egg whites have a very harsh bioavailability and you really arent' getting much from them as it's so hard for you body to even break them down. heres what you can do soft boil about 2-3 dozen then put all the whites in a container in the fridge when needed pull out 6oz or so and down the hatch

Tweetthat's pretty much me...i spend alot on protien shakes..about three a day and the rest is solid meals (about 4 a day)..i dont really eat anything nasty

Tweeti just try to eat every 3 hours. i am tird of having to make sure i get so many grams of protein ED. i eat what i want (mostly clean) and i havent lost a pound of lean mass. of course i am still eating protein with every meal so i am probably at maint
on cycle i may add protein but if i miss it not biggie
