  • Cramping Problems, I Need All Of Ur Advices

    HI GUYS, my cousin and I get cramps on our stomach(when we do sit up), he never juiced before , we usually get crapmed up on the right lower side of ur stomach toward the naval.
    what should we do, it is like we can't do sit up(more than 25 sits up.
    this is the second time happened to him but myself all the freakin'''''' time.

    please help us out

      no, i'am not taking anything for teh past 9 weeks, as far as water u don't want to know, i have been drinking more than 1 gallon and a half a day

        wow.....your not even on cycle? Maybe your over training your abs. Causing them to cramp up, or growing pains. I use to get bad pains in my legs.

            herniaaaaaaaa? what a fuck. i don't get pain when i workout, u ually get hernia when u lift something heavy, am i right??????
            i always lift heavy but i don't get pain, expct when i do sit upsss

              Right now while you're not in the midst of doing these sit ups, press on the spots that hurt when do you do those movements. If you feel any tender, raised areas there, yes, perhaps you may ave a hernia. If it's just tender along the entire abdomen, you may just be sore from training or maybe have overtrained and failed to provide sufficient recovery time.

                BTW, my girlfriend got a hernia in her groin while doing DB bicep curls. Hernias can happen at any time, regardless of the poundage you're lugging.

                  when i cramps up, the lower side and the my obliques too, i mean the whole righ side from my navel till my obliques where they connect with my lats , u know....

                  hernia scares the shit out of me, i hate surgeryyyyyy

                            i hate abs. icramp up if i work them out too hard, but you can never be to safe. head to the doc and get a hernia exam done. Hope all is well, and it is indeed overtraining!
