herniaaaaaaaa? what a fuck. i don't get pain when i workout, u ually get hernia when u lift something heavy, am i right??????
i always lift heavy but i don't get pain, expct when i do sit upsss
Right now while you're not in the midst of doing these sit ups, press on the spots that hurt when do you do those movements. If you feel any tender, raised areas there, yes, perhaps you may ave a hernia. If it's just tender along the entire abdomen, you may just be sore from training or maybe have overtrained and failed to provide sufficient recovery time.
when i cramps up, the lower side and the my obliques too, i mean the whole righ side from my navel till my obliques where they connect with my lats , u know....
hernia scares the shit out of me, i hate surgeryyyyyy
i hope so jackkkkk. i will see my doct with no doubt. it is weird my cousin and i gets it only when we do sitp up on the incline chairs.

i hate abs. icramp up if i work them out too hard, but you can never be to safe. head to the doc and get a hernia exam done. Hope all is well, and it is indeed overtraining!
