    If you are liking the Protein Shakes with berries, add fresh or frozen then punch it up by adding a spoonful of sugarless preserves , it add a much richer flavor. Sugarless Preserves are much healthier and usually cheaper or on sale cuz nobody really buys them.

    I would love to make a protein smoothie. Then I would have to make it.... and mix it..... and clean the blender...... I'm out. I'm so lazy.

      oh yeah. i add frozen berries to my shake after training. good stuff.

            Who cleans their blender after using it? Us bachelors just rinse it out and leave it sitting in the sink until next time. Of course, If I still had a wife, she might not like that lol
