    6p6 here is bison pic

    Bi- lo stores carry it and no one buys it @12.00 lb so I went there yesterday early they had 7 lbs reduced to 21 bucks the wife loves it and it's grass feed organic

    bo-lo or southern home stores cary it fresh not frozen if you have those store also harris tetter best time to find it reduced is earley sunday they maek it down 2 days before experation date

          Na we brown it and drain off the extra fat mix with rice or make hamburger's out of it

            makes great hamburgers. just can't cook it as long as beef or it dries out. i like med rare anyway. the flavor is GREAT

              Very true first time I made tacos with it I over browned and I ate a lb of cardboard very dry

                I add little olive oil if i am going to brown it. keeps it moist.

                  Nice. We have a meat shop that carries steaks and ground bison. Holy crap it is so good.
