Tweeti got dual logs going here but neither interact with the other so it shouldnt skew my use or opinion of either. i am going to note that i am using this product entirely for the pump and bp lowering characteristics that it has. the bedroom side effects are good as well. i will be dosing 10mg daily alongside of 8g of citrilline malate about 30 mins before training. so let's get this party started

so i am using 10mg alongside of 8g of citriline.
i am not getting any sinus issues at all. no head aches either.
pump i would say 4 out of 5
sinuses problems 0
flushing 3 not to bad at all but i am getting a little facial flushing and tingling
bed room sides 5 obviously that's what it is for haha
bp help 2 bp isnt to elevated at the moment but it came down about 4 points. so it is also helping there as well

yeah the pumps are pretty damn good. the bed room department as expected. i am still having no sinus issues at all which i am damn happy about. i am going to play around with the timing of dosing to see if i can make it more effective. right now about 20-30 mins before leaving for the gym. since it is so long acting i am wondering if shifting it to the end of the day or some other time would make it more efficient?

TweetMaybe try increasing the time in between taking it and training bro. From my experiences with Tadalafil, I feel the greatest impact about 8-10 hours after I take it. The biggest pumps I've noticed are when I take it at night and then workout the next morning. Keep in mind though, this is with a 20mg dose. I don't have any experience taking a lower dosage every day, although I may give it a try. I usually train in the evening, so I'd probably start by taking it every morning.
Tweetthat's exactly what i was thinking man. i train in the am so i may take it right before bed or in the middle of the night to see how much it impacts.

did the early morning dose again about 2 hours or so before training. still getting about a pump level of 4. it is almost online with slin but still not hitting that level yet. like i said above i am going to dose it tonight and see if it makes a difference at all

so i am still playing around with timing and dosing on this bad boy. i did go to the evening before bed dosing and then taking my citraline before training. a little bit better pump but marginal increase. what i am playing with now is i am going to try 10mg before bed and then another 10mg about 30-60min before training with the citriline. we shall see how that does. may even do a 5mg and 5mg split as well

TweetAwesome, thanks for the updates brotha. With splitting it between night time and training, I'd probably keep the Dose at 5mg a piece. That way you're still adhereing to the 10mg a day does you started with, just splitting it in two.

no sinus issues at all. i would say that the pump was just as good. no better and no worse. well until i did my intervals and my legs filled up so bad that i could barely bend them. so it was a successful test run today
