yeah the pumps are pretty damn good. the bed room department as expected. i am still having no sinus issues at all which i am damn happy about. i am going to play around with the timing of dosing to see if i can make it more effective. right now about 20-30 mins before leaving for the gym. since it is so long acting i am wondering if shifting it to the end of the day or some other time would make it more efficient?
