I've been going over this same exact question in my head for a little while now. I'm only doing 4iu per day and all at once at night before bed. So far, I'm loving it but constantly wonder if I should try splitting it 2 and 2.
one hit either before bed, at wake up, pre or post workout depending on what phase of training you are in. myself personally i use gh along with peps to save money. i will do my gh first thing in the am an hour or so before eating then i will pulse 2-3x per day with ghrp 6 or cjc 1295w/o dac and sermolene. that way i am not paying for 10+ ius of gh per day. i dont have the budget for that anymore. so i make do with what i got. the only other way i have used gh in high dosing protocols under the guidance of one of those coaches was a double split. one upon waking and one post workout. still running the risk but it keeps the cts at bay a little bit better
you can watch a lot of john meadows interviews and symposium videos. he talks pretty much in depth on a lot of the topics himself. same thing goes for dr serano as well. i like to check out the strength and conditioning symposiums as well as the science and nutrition symposium videos. that's where i picked up a lot of that info. if you can find any of them that dr serano speaks at, you know you have hit gold. i would pull some of the articles and videos here but i pay for them and i am pretty sure i would get in trouble for doing so. they have tons and tons of great info out there though

i have used peps and was surprised at their effectiveness specifically ghrp 6. it was like i was using more hgh than i was.
if i am in a hypertrophic phase of training do you think 1 shot hgh before bed would be ideal or would this time be more ideal for something like force bulking?
from how i understand it. the two most optimal times for growth when using gh is pre bed and post training. these are the times when your natural pulses are going to be at their highest as well. so for me personally and what i have been told pre bed is the most optimal and doesnt cause as much day time lethargy. well for me i train early in the day so post workout isnt best
Pre bed is what I've been doing for a while now. For me it's perfect, as it's one of the most optimal times to take it and the most convenient. I'm going to check out some of those videos Guns mentioned. I'm constantly going back and forth in my head on whether to keep all pre bed, or try splitting it. I always end up sticking with pre bed though lol.
I train first thing as well and i dont take it prewo/upon waking cz of lethargy. I started taking it pre bed instead of post wo and i have more energy for the day and my dreams have been nuts. usually i dont remember my dreams at all. im going to stick with this as i think its going to be effective for my hypertrophic goals. Of course it will take time to see the results i am looking for.
I think the biggest thing for me is sleep. I sleep super well and my dreams are pretty vivid lol. My hands constantly fall asleep throughout the night, but I'm not sure if that is due to me taking it right before bed. They've always done that to an extent, but seems more so now.
