Re: Chest/Tris & Back/Bis
My favorite split is back/bi's, chest/tri's, shoulders, legs. Yeah I am definitely afterward.
Re: Chest/Tris & Back/Bis
if putting them together for a burst of growth i prefer back/tri chest/bi or even back and tri with shoulders and bis. this is a really good method to add volume to arm training as well as help people who are limited with training days. i do believe actually i know that driving blood into the arms on an extra day will enhance their growth for most people.

my tris get slammed on shoulder day too.
Re: Chest/Tris & Back/Bis
I have a separate day for everything. Usually like this
Monday legs
Tuesday back
Wednesday chest
Thursday shoulders
Friday Hiit or Crossfit training
Saturday arms
Re: Chest/Tris & Back/Bis
I switch mine up all the time. Sometimes I'm doing chest/tri and back/bi. Other times I flip it to chest/bi and back/tri. Every once in a while I'll mix things up even more, but I always keep legs on their own day.
Re: Chest/Tris & Back/Bis
My chest and back day need separating like my shoulders. i can not train chest and then shoulders. im too fuckin wrecked but that me. soo i try doing some pulldowns after chest or shoulders and my tris are yelling fvck you. but i can move decent weight for bis after those. more weight i move and get that ill pump, the more i grow. so bis after chest and tris after back and then my favorite designated arm day im closing in on where i want to be while staying lean. gotta switch everything up week to week too. just trust me on that one.
Re: Chest/Tris & Back/Bis
Most of the time I train Chest/bi and shoulders/tri only because my arms grow easy. However I get more out of training bi/tri together but avoid it if I can.
