i would say only have it on hand. not need to use anti's unless you have to for some reason. water should not be a problem on those. just my 2cents.
i have very little hands on experience with AS but l-dex killed gains the one time i cycled.

what ^ said. I'd keep in around just in case.
Me personally, I like to take at least nolva at .20mg thru out cycle. i have a touch of gyno behind the nips i need to keep under control. im on the same cycle, tren/prop. I'm takin ldex e3d and see how it goes. ldex kills my lipids if taken ed

This is going to be a personal issue but you should always have anti-es on hand regardless. People react to test prop and tren differently. I generally run .5 l-dex along with my prop to keep down the bloat and I closely monitor any symptoms of gyno. If gyno should raise it's ugly head, then I'll start nolva asap. Additionally, I always run some B-6 for the tren. My 2 cents.

I usually use 20mg nolva while on prop/tren.
Bromocriptine would be good to have on hand for gyno caused by tren. I have never needed it and many others didn't either.
Your mileage may vary...

Good point snickers!
HCG will help to keep the boys from shriveling to nothing. It will not totally prevent testicular atrophy. However, it will reduce atrophy significantly.
