    2 whole eggs and 2 whites
    1 whole avocado without home
    1 apple
    Meal3
    2 cups of cooked white rice
    1 cup cooked beans
    1 cup spinach or 2 cooked broccoli
    9oz lean beef or chicken breast
    Meal4
    super shake

              Well then, if you want not to use honey, you can follow the shake below.

              Shake 1000 kcal

              1 cup skimmed milk

              94g of oats (1 cup)

              2 medium bananas without the peel. (120g)

              1 spoon of peanut butter (20g

              2 scoops of whey isolate (64g)
