      Thanks man! It felt light too! I'm still going to take it slow after the deload week.Probably go 30lbs lighter on everything and go from there.

      It was a nice run but, I got slammed with freakin' pneumonia! I'm up to about 90% now, still gonna wait another week and go light probably 50% of my PR's.

      Update:I'm on the bottom as far as the bench press goes,but other areas are coming up,squat 285x5,DL 371x5. Learning patience ain't easy!

      I hit a pr in the DL off a 2" block 440x1!
      Squat wide stance low on the back 335x2
      The bench has been stagnant at 335.Close grip bench 255x3.I'm focused on the squat primarily,trying to get that number in the high 3's.

      Hit my pr then my back took to crampin' up! Out for 2 wks! Back at it now, feelin' better. I'll put a few wks in between heavy squats (for me) and heavy deads.
