TweetCool. I was just jerking your chain a bit. LOL But I do think you need to get back to the squat bar..make it your friend...squat is king, and without them you can't be the queen. Guess that explains my paltry bench numbers, I love to squat and guess I concentrate more on that lift than the others for competition...I am slowly trying to bring my bench back up again after yet another pec injury a few months back..I should be back to the 500 range in a few months..(I hope). Ever since I tore my pec and had to have surgery about 6 years ago the damn thing just flares up every once in a while or I strain it where I can't train heavy and normal for about a month...but things are coming back around..your numbers look good..keep at it!i do quater dead lifft adn i'am up to 585 for 4- 5 reps..squats i haven't done em for 3 months now ..chnging my routine a lil bit

Tweetid like to hit 365 Bench, 545 squat, and DL 405 for reps by the time i turn 19 and if not by then than by march. Right now my bench is 345, squat is a litle above 500, and im repin deads with 355. Id also like to break 200lbs eventually. Right now im 188.
