TweetHow about some real discusion in here. Goals for this new year.
TweetMy goals. Our state has a push/pull meet in July. They have all kinds of sports going on its like the olympics. They have kept records from day one. My goal is to get the biggest total ever. Last year I did just over a thousand. The record is just over 1100. I need about 440 bench 740DL. My other goal is a 2000 total in a 3lift meet in gear. Probably multi ply because Im not much of a squater. These are set high but possible.
TweetMy personal goal is to cut down to 8ish% bf this year and hold there for a while. This is my goal and it will happen!!!
TweetDamn cb1 thoes are some big shoes to fill but you done made your mind up and that's all that matters. Give it hell if you want it you can do it.
TweetSlim. Getting rid of the fat is fairly easy. Doing it without losing all your muscle is another thing. Thats a great goal. I have lost over 30lbs and feel alot better but my strength took a beating. You can make it happen.
Tweetsame goals as every year: come in bigger harder and more ripped than last year. 3-5lbs of stage weight to be exact with the same conditioning as last year
TweetI have a goal to step on stage for the first time on June 1st i have my meal and weight planned out so im going balls out for this
With Hard work and Dedication you to can achieve GREATNESS......
Tweetgreat job and good luck sir. stay strong and motivated. you are the only person you are competing against and what you do is the end result. the way i stay on track is that if i give 120% on my diet and training and someone beats me then they were just better than me and their is no question that i did everything that i could to be the best on that day. kick ass man and tear it up
Tweeti would like to take a moment to bring to the communities attention that nips personal goals are repeating last years failure...cut bf, add some meat to delts and upper chest. i HATE my f'n shoulders, they look like a womans shoulder nice and bony. starting point on the cutting will probably be feb, depending on how fat i get.
TweetI'm going to do my best at getting out more, fishing, backpacking, and finally climbing Mt. Jefferson. Im also going to hit the gym and dojo with a vengence, I had a really good streak and it paid off with my cell counts going up to 1060 from 800 somethin' and I made my second degree brown belt last month ! I was surprised I made the run really good without getting too outta breath. Also im going to raise a bigger garden this year (sorry landlord but I cant see spending an arm and a leg for Monsanto grown vegetables). Yeah, im going to really do better at being my best ever in all ways this year.

Tweetmy goal for spring is to get down to 8-10%bf w/o losing a bunch of muscle. i know some strength will go out the window but as long as i'm hard with good vascularity i'll b cool. as far as for the year... taking care of my family and being a good dad is what i do so as long as they let me go to the gym everything will be fine lol
Tweeti wanna lose another 2-3 inches off my waist and bout 10-15lbs and then slow bulk back up to 265
Tweetabout 10%bf close to 240.........work smarter,go more places with the family
