TweetI think we all have it to some degree.Just with different subjects.I am definitely that way with the need to have things organized and structured.I guess its my military background,I don't know,but I have to have things in an efficient manner.I run my businesses that way and bust my staffs balls to do things the same way.They hate me for it sometimes,but I don't care.LOL.

Its not just with my businesses either,I try to instill this in my kids as well.Yes,I can be a hard ass with them sometimes but they've gotten used to it.Im the most loving and fun dad in the world and do ANYTHING for my family but they know I want things done in a certain way and if they don't,im not going to be happy.LOL

I agree with the way things need to be organized and structured...with me,this presents itself especially during times of high stress. I will be coming up on my last two semesters of graduate school next year and I have my daily/weekly/monthly schedule worked out "perfectly" but yet I will go over it SEVERAL times every day just to make sure that everything looks like it is planned out properly and see if it needs any tweaking or if I made any mistakes...it is fricken exhausting. It drives my wife crazy so when something unexpected comes up that may take me from my schedule, she usually takes care of it just so I don't go into freakout mode.
