TweetHahaha all good shit. I have to say the biggest pain in the ass is the douches that come in with caked muddy boots are leave sandy mud pieces all over the gym. I can't stand this. I have looked back on the security cameras at my gym before too see who did it. You could literally name every machine this dick used that day.

TweetThis is really bad at my gym as well. I will talk in passing, but I'm not going to stand there and talk with you for 15 minutes. If you want to talk, wait until I get done. My gym is like the new high school hangout! There are more people that come in and just sit at the bar and talk than actually working out.
This is exactly why I started working out early in the am. There may be 4 guys in there tops. No waiting on equipment, no working your way through the crowd, no laughing at the guys staring at themselves in the mirrors......wait, that is actually not that bad! There was a guy one time (now I'm not lean) that was probably 20lbs over weight. He would run around talking and actually showing people how to do exercises to hit certain areas (he didn't have a clue), and while he was talking to them, he would always raise his shirt up and flex his abs (or lack there of) in the mirror. That guy was about 15%BF away from having any sign of abs...but he would do it all the time. It was hilarious!!
Another funny thing is there is a guy at our gym, he is big, lean, works out pretty hard.....but man, he is CONSTANTLY flexing in the mirrors and looking at himself. I s*** you not, he will change shirts 5 times within the course of 45 minutes!! It's like when he works bi's, once the sleeves and the shirt gets a little stretched, he will go change to a tighter shirt. It's freaking hilarious how many times he changes. I bet his mom is ready to kill him when he brings all those clothes home!

Tweetok....i go to a anytime fitness....there's 3 personal trainers there and it seem 1 chick knows her stuff. the other chick is ok. probobly new to the job. the guy?? WHOLY FUK!!! he's a fukin dum****!! it does not matter who he's training, he has no fukin idea of form!! on top of that he has people using WAY too much weight. this place is by my work and alot of the people in there have stopped by the dealership. so this trainer is about mid 20's. he has a client thats stop by the lott a few times and tried to get a loan. he's a good dude. well he trains him 3 days a week at the same time i work out. the kid (trainee) is about 23 or 24...well the kid MIGHT be 165 at best...he has him doing lying dumbell presses with 90 fukin pound dumbells!! first off he's gotta help the kid get them up...then he lets go of his wrist and the kid literly goes 1 inch down and back to LOCKOUT!! WTF??? he did this 8 times and the trainer wrote "8-repx90"...REALLY? ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW??? then after a full chest workout that goes exactly like that the whole time, he starts pumping the kid up about how he increased his reps on all max weight by 1 or 2 reps per excersize! i'm just shaking my head...i cant believe how shyty this kid is!! he had the kid down lat pulldowns with 250lbs!!! he has to push the kid down just to get under the pads, then has to pull the cable to help him get them down...never mind the fact that the kid is basicly laying down while doing his reps!! unreal
