TweetMy legs are wobbling today. Tuesdays leg workout was extreme. Leg presses for 90 second sets, non stop, then ass to heels squats in the squat rack. 60 seconds between sets... It hurts like hell to get up off a chair or to take a crap.LOL...I am taking ibuprofen and tylenol and I NEVER take that stuff. Burning pain like I havent felt in years. I love it. I hate it. LOL...I got up in the middle of the night and almost fell down. My legs gave out from the freakin pain...Im walkin around like I got a corn cob up may a$$

TweetI get very sore after a kick boxing class and when we do alot of lunges and squats. The feeling of sitting on the toilet and it hrts is a good feeling,lol

Tweeti have to admit....i havnt worked out legs in a couple YEARS becouse of the DOMS...48hrs after a leg rutine i'm confined to my bed!! i cannot walk...wife gets pissed...kids want to do shyt and i cant fukin walk at all!!! i have tried alot of sht and nothing seems to help....

TweetThe firts time I ever did legs I murdered them, just effing destroyed them. The next day I was in the bosses F350 and I went to jump out of it and the legs gave out, I went down, and dum**** me just had to park in a giant mud puddle. The roomate thought it was the funniest shyt ever.

TweetIn my 25+ years in strength training, I've gone through alot of soreness whereas I was prevented from doing everyday duties and/or even work tasks.
Currently, I'm fighting a rotator cuff tear, most likely from a new delt workout that I found on t-nation.com. I had surgery on the 26th of April and will be in recovery for at least 3 weeks.
In the past, I've had bicep and tricep springs that prevented me from working to my best ability (but not call in sick), sore lats that prevented me from wiping my butt or washing my back in the shower, and I once worked my legs so hard that I was walking like they were wet macaronis for a day.
TweetI was sitting in Subway having lunch with a friend and we look out the window and we see the cops sprinting across the parking lot chasing after some dude. Well, not really sprinting, they were very fat cops so they were waddling after this dude who was leaving them in the dust. My friend jumps up takes off running out the door and tries to tackle the dude. I stayed in the restaurant and watched out the window because I could barely freakin walk.
This week is a lot better. I hammered the shit out of legs again and Im not nearly as sore as last week.

TweetSquats, squats , squats!!!! Nothing works like squats! Yesterday 10x10 with the same weight and on set 10, I pushed out 30 reps..Ya, I wobbled out of the squat rack after that set....ass to the floor depth. Not as sore as the first comeback leg workout. But still sore enough that It hurts to stand up...nothing gets me good and sore the way squatting does. I just love squats.

" i never get delayed onset muscle soreness DOMS any more" until about 2 years ago my friend came down from NY and had me do biceps where you only work in between the movement of a full bicep curl. I couldn't fully extend my arm for a week after that! It just goes to show that there are always new ways to stimulate muscle growth.

TweetAgree squats are the best for legs imo nothing comes close, I've never have done the ten sets of ten tried but never get the weight i always end up going to heavy and can't get the sets or reps. If u don't mind what weight are you useing? That takes getting used to doing that many sets i can see why ud be so sore, impressive.
TweetI can honestly say that since I have been off cycle every group i hit when at the gym is sore for a couple days, haven't been this way since January! Dumbell fly's have my chest sore as hell!
