TweetOr what do ya do to get pumped up/psyched? I find that for cardio music makes a big difference in hitting it and getting through. For lifting purposes I've been reading a lot of stuff by Mike Mentzer, who was an advocate of high intensity training and also a follower of Objectivism. And watching vids of wrestlers and talking smack to myself is a big help. lol I have a Road Warrior Animal action figure hanging from my dashboard, and I always always ask him to give me strength and good form before I hit the gym.
