TweetSince I spent 38 years in the south, recently moved to Kansas, I can say there is nothing like smoked,Barbq pork. Straight from the heavens!!!
I just recently bought me a wood pellet smoker. Not only is the pellets convenient, it by far made the best smoked ribs and chicken ever. I got a couple of pork roast coming up next. Deep smoked flavor.
I fry rub them and there are good that way but slather Sweet Baby Rays on them for the last 2 hours,slightly caramelizing the sugars....MMMMMMM!!!!
