I stopped using the monohydrate and use the creatine ethyl ester. I get better results and less bloating

A lot of supplements are bunk but creatine is an excellent supplement. Most people are non responders (don't get much benefit) unless creatine is taken with your post workout, high glycemic drink. I am one of those people.
There are a few new forms of creatine out that are supposed to be better but I'm not really up on it and don't even want to read about it until my current supply of creatine is finished.

I have used a lot of the different creatines out there and i stand firm that the best one is the mono hydrate. I notice less results with the ethyl ester and it tastes like an sweaty fat guys ass crack. I only use creatine when i am bulking due to the water weight that it makes you hold on to. It's a great supplement especially for an intermediate lifter(probably the best one).

there's alot of dif. creatine out there, but it is a sup thats been well established as being bennifitial. i personally cant stomach reg. creatine, i use kre-alkalyn. no loading, no stomach cramps. but, like fe, i never did see a tremendous difference, but just enough to say it does works

I really like it too, I've been using NOX-G3 by Xyience for some time now on and off. I like to drink half pre then the other half after kempo or a workout, it really gets me through a long class and helps me crank out those last couple reps in the gym.
