not bad, not bad brother!! i'll get some starting pics up in a couple weeks. i'm gonna post pics mid march, then again mid june. lets see how i can shape this shyt up for summer...about 225 right now. i dont know bf %, but you can still make out some abs.

TweetWhen last measured, I'm currently at 300 (give or take a couple pounds) with 13.3 % bf and 21 inch (maybe more by now) arms. I can imagine what that guy goes through. I wear sleeveless coveralls at my job and am often complimented.

I'm 5'10. Originally in mid-2007, I was a 360 pounder lard ass with 37% bodyfat. By September of last year, I was a 285 pounder hard ass at about 23% bodyfat. But after learning of my use of gear, my personal doctor asked me to get clean and she later put me on Testim 1% (rub on test gel). Problem with that is that is that it produced 20 pounds of water in a week and I blew up to a little over 300 pounds. I WAS TOTALLY ANGRY TO THE BLADDER, if you know what I mean. Needless to say, I got myself off of the Testim and, without her knowledge, went back to the good ole gear. As stated, when last I measured, I was down to 13.3% bf (maybe more now) with a 35 pound muscle gain.
