Appropriate thread. My wife is out of town and my parents invited me and my daughers over for dinner. We had grilled salmon.

Slight threadjack.....Its taken several years to get my mom geared attuned to the fact that I am very careful about what I eat...and plan ahead carefully with my cheat meal......my mom now makes sure we have lean meats (salmon this time), low GI vegies and other carbs (steamed green beans and brown rice). This was tough getting my parents to think this way as traditional meat and potatoes types....
