And you can get your money back if you CAN prove this was an unlawful arrest...I'm a skip tracer(sort of like a bounty hunter)and they can too give you your money back, but it's a process...If the arrest they made was really not you...You need to call the clerk of the courts in your county...Call the bonding agency who bonded you out and ask them who's their insurance agency...The fee you paid to get bonded out is a fee we get paid to do our jobs...So he really doesn't have pay you back, but in his clause and by law, you are entitled to your money...
