TweetI had a great discussion on here with SwoleCat a few years ago that offered some great insight on his degree of honesty when marketing his programs but it seems the thread has been deleted.
Tweetno offense but why would you pay for a diet help ??? i understand people that never worked out and want to lose weight...but majority of people who are in a good shape and the ones who compete know pretty much their shyte when it comes to diet....id rather pay to workout with milos sarcev
Tweetyou missed the whole "it's not for me" and it's for a fat noob guy that asked fit's opinion thing, didnt you?

TweetEven guys who compete go to other guys that LOOK WORSE THEN THEM because they have knowledge and can give them advice and someone to answer too and nutrition is there expertise. If anyone who has been down to a LOW bf% knows that you lose your mind and its hard to stay focused. Plus I can make a diet for anyone but when it comes to me I get to a point that I like to ask others for help as I respect there opinion and maybe they can teach me something. We have more knowledge than the average "joe" on diets and they need help sometimes to get motivated and dont know where to start. Top pros use PREP guys because some of them arent knowledgeable on there own to do it and they need that person to push them. Just because we know alot doesnt mean we know it all... Dieting is hard work and getting SHREDDED is even harder. Id say 80-90% of pros use a diet/ prep coach. Just because we look better doesnt mean we know how to set up a macro-nutrient diet to fit someones needs.

TweetSo very true!
I've known SC for many years and IA for more than that.
Both top notch guys and very open, honest and helpful.
Mad Props to both gentlemen.

TweetBeing a professional bodybuilder requires a certain amount of genetic potential as well. You can take two dedicated guys and tailor a diet and training schedule to accurately meet their physiological uniqueness, but in the end - a guy with great genetics for muscular growth and exhibition will come out on top.
I'd say most of the best nutrition and training coaches have never competed themselves. Some stay too active in learning and instructing others to dedicate time on themselves... others simply don't have the raw desire to stick to periods of over-eating, under-eating and exhausting training... while others have the world's worse genetics and body structure...
