TweetIMO - 'overtraining' is something that some lazy bastard came up with to make himself feel better about being lazy. I think overtraing is possible, but the general consensus on what constitutes overtraing is somewhat skewed. Doing cardio 7 days a week and lifting for 1 hour a day 5 days a week is not overtraing if basic guidelines are adhered to. Work each muscle group once a week, etc..
I don't buy into it at all.
