      Ok my heroes.. my role models..
      here is the deal, I, am an Engineer, and IF I have a weakness, like say, programming, then I go and just do nothing but THAT, I mean practice the stuff I am weak at, does it work the same here?? I jsut want a BETTER chest, my shoulders are envy of the coach of the gym my triceps are bigger than my biceps and he says "if U get biceps, Ur arms would look HUGE".. so, SHOULD I do my practiced and proven technique? work on my weak points only? untill I am better there? or will I end up looking like the crazy kids at the gym who do nothing but bench press and biceps, oh, btw, I am the one at the gym who does these weird lifts(liek Dead Lifts, squats )!!! AND of course keeps to himself I felt proud writing that last line!

      I think you probablygo heavier with your bicep routine but don't just focus on that particular body part. Your biceps get trained when you do back exercises, so try going heavier when you work back as well. Just try not to overtrain.

      thanks for the tip bro, just want to know if i can really do this, coz I know for sure that my chest is lacking, ppl come up to me in the gym and say.. "wow, nice shoulders, nice traps and great triceps" NO ONE so far has said anything about Bi's or Chest (

      D'accord! Ta femme est francaise? C'est tres bien!

      Everyone has weak spots. My legs and calves don't grow neither do my traps. Just keep training them heavy and maybe one day they will respond! After months of training my forearms I finally noticed a little bit of growth and more vascularity. Just don't quit and keep on hitting the weights. Also you might want to do that particular muscle first thing at the beginning of your workout. Just a thought!

      Not too much volume but with high insentity. A good diet and enough rest is what you need to grow.

      Triceps are supposed to be bigger than biceps, they make up 2/3 of your arm. What do you currently do for chest and biceps? You may be overtraining them. Overtraining will stop muscle growth because there is nto enough rest.
      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
